Global project management

In collaboration with Majer Strategies, a US-based consultancy bureau, I have led a project to develop, implement and deploy a global Project Management Methodology, tailored for building and maintaining digital maps. In the end 1,500 employees globally have been trained in the dedicated Project Management Methodology.
