As expert Quality Testing, Reliability and Robust Design I have collaborated with PQ+ Netherlands with the assessment of a large global supplier of smart gas and electricity meters in Great Britain. The question was how to meet the new requirements for quality (<1,000 PPM) and logistics (>99% OTD) of future (Japanese) customers. I had a clkear contribution to the assessment report, including clear proposals for concrete improvement projects.
